אפשר למחוק את חשבון זורו ואת כל הנתונים המשויכים אליו בכל עת, ישירות מתוך האפליקציה.
מחיקה מתוך האפליקציה
- פתחו את אפליקציית זורו.
- עברו ללשונית פרופיל.
- לחצו על מחיקת חשבון.
- אשרו. המחיקה מתבצעת מיד ואינה ניתנת לביטול.
מה נמחק
- מספר הטלפון שלכם
- מזהה החשבון והעדפת השפה
- כל סלי הקנייה: מוצרים, כמויות, מחירים וסניפים
- היסטוריית הקניות המלאה
- יומן אירועי הסל וקודי האימות
המחיקה מיידית ומוחלטת. איננו שומרים עותק לאחר המחיקה, ואין תקופת המתנה.

מה לא נשמר מלכתחילה
זורו אינה אוספת שם, כתובת, פרטי תשלום, מיקום או אנשי קשר. התשלום מתבצע בקופת הסופרמרקט ואינו עובר דרכנו. פרטים נוספים במדיניות הפרטיות.

You can delete your Zuro account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app.
Delete from the app
- Open the Zuro app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your phone number
- Your account ID and language preference
- All baskets: products, quantities, prices and branches
- Your full purchase history
- Basket event logs and verification codes
Deletion is immediate and complete. No copy is retained afterwards and there is no waiting period.
Cannot access the app?
Email [email protected] from, or naming, your registered phone number. We will verify your identity and delete the account within 30 days.

What we never collect
Zuro does not collect your name, address, payment details, location or contacts. Payment happens at the supermarket's own register and never passes through us. See the Privacy Policy for details.
